application submitted through Sub-Agent then Authority Letter is required
saying Authorizing Prominent Visa Services, Mumbai to submit their application
on behalf of them.

on Business Letter Head-stating address to Consulate

Invitation letter from Singapore company
address to Consulate General of
Singapore, Mumbai, the letter should include the applicant name , passport
no, purpose of visit ,travel date, details of the business to be undertaken and
who will pay for the expenses of the trip, E-mail address. The letter has to be
authorized Person name, signature, designation, company stamp must.
•
V39A Form is mandatory for Business Visa.
If not then please mention all the V39A form details on company letter head and
provide the same.
• Personal bank
statement last 3 months updated till date with bank original minimum balance
should be Rs. 1 lac per person and more.
•
Outstation
passports pls submit their Residence any 2 Proof –
Ø Telephone bill,
Electricity Bill, Mobile/Internet Bill on the applicant’s name bearing the address of the jurisdiction that we
cover.(Any One)
Ø Register Leave
and Licence/Lease or Rent Agreement,
Ø Purchase
Agreement of the flat.

authorize person name, signature, designation and stamp. School / Collage ID
copy must.

If minor traveling with single parent or
alone then Notarized NOC letter on Rs. 100/- stamp paper signed by both parents
is required.
